Courses

We provide hands-on training in quantitative, real-time PCR in the heart of London. We have trained over 900 scientists from both academia and industry worldwide. Our courses are held in teaching laboratories in the historic Cruciform building at University College London in the heart of Bloomsbury. This venue is conveniently located just minutes’ walk from Euston mainline station and is also served by all major underground lines. We also run courses for up to 4 participants in our new lab in Edgware, Middlesex.

Custom courses in real-time PCR

If you would like us to provide training for a number of people within your institution, and would like to focus on specific topics, we can customise a course to suit your needs. For example, you may prefer a one-day lecture-based course or a course on virus detection rather than gene expression. We are flexible and can likely accommodate your requirements. Lecture-only courses can be run at your own institution if you are able to provide a suitable venue.  We would request a minimum of 10 participants for a practical course and 20 participants for a lecture-only course.  Prices are proportional to our regular course (e.g. a two-day practical course will be charged at the prices above as long as the minimum number of participants attend)
